The release of « In Rainbows », last album of the British group Radiohead, is waited for next 10 October. Like few artists before (Prince, Manu Chao) the ten new songs of the group will be first only available on the site dedicated to the album by download. If the exemption from payment is not here setting, the price of the album is however not defined. It is indeed to each net surfer, at the moment of the inscription, to indicate the price he agrees to may to download this new album. A box manufactured on order containing 2 CD, a vinyl and bonus, will however see its price fixed at 40 £ or 57 euros. Innovative idea thus for the group which does it without the support of its record Label, contract with EMI having expired at the end of 2003. With the accord or not of the government, the question of the legal or not download will be solved primarily by the artists!...
C’est le 10 octobre prochain que sort « In Rainbows », dernier album du groupe britannique Radiohead. Comme quelques rares artistes déjà (Prince, Manu Chao) les dix nouvelles chansons du groupe seront tout d’abord disponibles uniquement en téléchargement sur le site dédié à l’album. Si la gratuité n’est pas de mise ici, le prix de l’album n’est cependant pas défini. C’est en effet à chaque internaute, au moment de l’inscription, d’indiquer le prix qu’il accepte de payer pour télécharger ce nouvel album de Radiohead. Un coffret fabriqué sur commande et contenant 2CD, un vinyle et des bonus verra cependant son prix fixé à 40 livres soit 57 euros. Idée novatrice donc pour le groupe qui s’engage sans le soutien de sa maison de disques, le contrat le liant à EMI ayant expiré à la fin 2003. N’en déplaise aux gouvernements, la question des téléchargements légaux et/ou illégaux se résoudra essentiellement grâce aux artistes!...

Como algunos raros artistas ya (Prince, Manu Chao) las diez nuevas canciones del grupo van a ser primero disponible solamente en descarga en el sitio dedicado al álbum. Si no hay gratuidad aquí, no se define el precio del álbum. En efecto es a cada internauta, en el momento de la inscripción, indicar el precio que acepta pagar para cargar este nuevo álbum de Radiohead. Una caja fabricada sobre pedido y con 2 CD, un vinilo y bonus verá sin embargo su precio fijado a 40£ o sea 57 euros. Idea innovadora pues para el grupo que se compromete sin el apoyo de su casa de discos puesto que el contrato con EMI expiró al final del 2003. Con todo respeto a los Gobiernos, ¡la cuestión de cargar leglamente o no se solucionará esencialmente gracias a los artistas !...
