Outrage au drapeau

France - C’est par cette photo que le scandale arrive. Primé en avril dernier lors d’un concours photo à Nice, ce cliché montrant un homme fesses nues s’essuyant avec le drapeau avait choqué un député UMP. Si le procureur de Nice avait alors refusé de poursuivre son auteur, les députés ont planché sur le sujet. Le Journal Officiel publie donc aujourd’hui un décret d’application relatif à l’outrage au drapeau tricolore. Le contrevenant à ce décret encoure une amende de 1.500 euros. Je tiens cependant à vous rassurer, les ministres impliqués dans des affaires financières ou autre président insultant publiquement des citoyens lambdas, outrageant par là la République, continueront de n’être ni inquiétés ni poursuivis par la justice…

Si el fiscal de Niza se había negado en proseguir a su autor, los diputados han trabajado sobre el tema. Es entonces hoy que el JO (Diario Oficial) publica un decreto de aplicación relativa a la ofensa a la bandera tricolor. El contraventor a este decreto incurra una multa de 1.500 euros. Sin embargo deseo tranquilizaros, los Ministros implicados en asuntos financieros u otr Presidente que insultará públicamente a ciudadanos, insultando así a la República, seguirán siendo ni preocupado ni proseguidos por la justicia…
