13ème année consécutive les amateurs d'art et de pastel sont
conviés au Festival International du Pastel à Feytiat (87). Ouvert
jusqu'au 1er septembre ils pourront y découvrir des artistes du
monde entier et participer à des stages artistiques. Invitée

For the
13th consecutiv eyear the lovers of part and pastel are
invited to the International Pastel Festival in Feytiat (France -
